As the Dancing with the Stars cast was revealed during The Bachelor last night, no one was more excited to hear the news than Marissa Jaret Winokur. Since appearing on the show’s sixth season, where she was paired with pro-dancer Tony Dovolani, she has remained a die-hard fan of the show. “To this day I am very Mommie Dearest and play old episodes for my son Zev, who’s now 19 months old,” Marissa tells Betty Confidential. “I loved doing the show and just had the best time of my life!”

So who better than Marissa to rate this season’s new dancers? “I love this cast,” she says. “I feel like there are a lot of winners and some underdogs that could take it home. My advice: Have fun from day one, don't be too serious and don't hold back! Oh and try not to cry on camera, unless you think you may be voted off, then cry. It may only buy you a week or so, but cry!”

Baywatch babe Pamela Anderson
“I've worked with Pam and I love her, she is my number one choice. She is fearless and will do anything once — and probably has! Once the viewers see what an amazing mom she is and not just a Playboy Bunny they will love her too. My advice is to show her at school and with her kids, like Brooke Burke who broke the pretty girl curse by dancing with her baby in a Bjorn. And to her partner: Nobody puts Pammy in the 'corner.' Don't try to tame her, let her be the bright star that she is and let her hit the floor running!”

Football star Chad Ochocinco
“Our resident NFL player. He is either gonna take it home or go home fast, it’s all up to him. He has some strong competition this year, but after nine seasons it doesn't take a DWTS expert to predict the football star goes far. It’s his to lose. Chad has to show big teeth when he smiles and wear a silly costume that all his buddies will tease him about. He has to let us see that real men can dance. If he does that, he will be there in the end. Besides he’s hot and that always helps!”
